Antelope Valley Hospital is seeking a Vice President, Chief Developmentofficer to be an integral member of their senior management team. The hospital is experiencing 5-6% growth annually. This position reports directly to the CEO of the hospital andwill have oversight for their Foundation and the implementationof a comprehensive development strategy to support the missionof Antelope Valley Healthcare District. This is a ground flooropportunity to provide leadership in identifying Board membersfor the Foundation and to build, train and manage an effectiveFoundation staff. In close coordination with the CEO and Board,the Chief Development officer will devise and execute a comprehensiveannual and long-term strategic plan for giving, to include: timelines,specific activities and anticipated results.
Qualified candidates will possess, at minimum, a Bachelor's degreecoupled with 10 years of experience in healthcare and/or non-profitfund development.
