Job Description:
Cejka Search has been exclusively retained to recruit an experienced
group practice executive to lead a large multi-specialty group
practice and a member of a large regional health system located
in Minnesota. Aspen Medical Group, with 120+ physicians, is a well established,
multi-specialty group practice that has served patients in the
Twin Cities for over thirty years. The new President will provide
overall strategic and operational leadership to the group and
to Allina Health System, a regional health network with over 11
hospitals and 40 clinics throughout Eastern Minnesota and Western
Wisconsin. The President will be responsible for providing and implementing
strategic and tactical plans for achieving operating results and
growing market share; promoting a position image to enhance community
and physician relations; and coordinating the delivery of Aspen
Medical Group's patient care with other Allina facilities by collaborating
with senior leadership to achieve the highest level of quality
care. Ideal candidate will possess a successful track record of financial,
operational, and strategic initiatives within a hospital owned
physician practice setting. An MBA or MHA is required and medical
group management certification is preferred.
