Job Description:
Oversee the successful operation of a high-performing physician
recruitment department as Physician Recruitment Administrative
Director at Evanston Northwestern Healthcare Medical Group (ENHMG).
ENHMG
is comprised of over 500 primary and specialty care physicians
and is a fully owned subsidiary of Evanston Northwestern Healthcare,
a large integrated delivery and academic health system serving
the north and northwest suburbs of Chicago. As Physician Recruitment Administrative Director, you will manage
all aspects of the recruitment process at ENHMG, including the
development and implementation of standardized recruitment processes,
protocols and procedures within the Physician Recruitment Office.
Develop, implement and manage a database for tracking of all
required forms. You will be based at ENHMG's Evanston campus, working closely
with the ENHMG senior administrative team and Cejka Search in
the oversight of the ENHMG Physician Recruitment Office. This
integrated delivery system includes Evanston, Glenbrook and Highland
Park Hospitals, as well as the ENH Home Services, ENH Medical
Group, ENH Research Institute, and the ENH Foundation. Attending
physicians are on faculty at the Northwestern University Feinberg
School of Medicine. Cejka Search, a nationally recognized physician and executive
search organization providing services exclusively to the healthcare
industry for over 25 years, is conducting the search on behalf
of ENHMG. Qualified candidates will have solid experience and knowledge
in project management and systems. Interest and experience with
a successful recruitment program is desirable. Preferred candidates
will be self motivated, have a history of achieving results, and
have experience in systems management and quality improvement.
Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in business, health
care or related field is preferred. A minimum of three years
of successful experience in recruitment, healthcare management,
project management or other comparable experience.
