Job Description:
Mount Sinai Medical Center and Heart Institute is Miami's largest,
private, independent, not-for-profit teaching hospital with over
935 beds, 26 operating suites, and 900+ physicians of whom over
120 are cardiologists. This position requires a nationally recognized
leader in cardiology with demonstrated leadership skills; a leader
who brings high standards for quality and patient safety, excellent
fellowship education practices and experience building a comprehensive,
highly regarded cardiology program. Successful candidates for
this position will have prior administrative experience as an
associate or chief of cardiology in an academic and/or teaching
hospital. Candidates must demonstrate program development and
faculty recruitment abilities and possess collaborative leadership
skills with the ability to engage and partner with physicians.
